I’m at Lake Como now! Here’s a little photodump from my phone again.
These were original 13/14th century frescoes in a building that was originally a Palace of Justice, today a Michelin Star restaurant it depicts one of the earliest depictions of Dante, Boccaccio and Petrarch. And man the food was incredible.
^THIS. Peach mousse - so incredibly light, it was like foam on the top of a cappuccino.
Somewhere out there is Modena and the Ferrari factory. The went around the town, not through it sadly. I did pass a Ferrari parts manufacturer, but I couldn’t get a pic of it because the Frecciarossa travels at about 150mph.
Might go see the track on my last day here, maybe not.
And this is currently my view as I type. God I love Lake Como.
That's the villa used in the last scene of Casino Royale - remember Mr White, a shot to the knee and a big black Jag XJR?

Lights are kept low to preserve the frescoes I believe.

Hell yea. We planned on Lake Como at the end of the month but switched to Lake Garda instead. Looks amazing though!
